Butts, shoulders, ribs, belly, and if we're lucky, a whole hog that went on the night before.

Thighs, halves, and wings, with a smoked turkey or two just in time for Thanksgiving.

Quail, venison, and whatever else somebody's been waiting for an excuse to cook...

Side dishes get a bad rap. Some may well could be the main event. Corn, slaw, beans, mac, and more. 

Banana pudding, pecan pie, black berry cobbler, and at least one or two seasonal surprises.
